Take it from zero to something people pay for
I have started products from a blank page and carried them all the way to funded, shipped, and adopted. I co-founded a startup and raised its first capital, then spent years owning a portfolio of 0→1 products end to end: scope, UX, and delivery alongside engineering teams.
If your team needs someone who can turn an ambitious idea into a real product in the market, without a playbook to lean on, that is the muscle I have built over and over.
Own the numbers, not just the roadmap
Shipping is not the goal; moving a metric is. I have owned freemium-to-paid funnels end to end, run cohort analysis to find exactly where users fall off, and shipped the onboarding, messaging, and product changes that fix it.
On one product that meant +40% activation, −50% churn, and +30% revenue, every change traceable back to the data. You get product decisions you can defend, not opinions.
Turn technical interest into signed revenue
Strong technology does not sell itself. I run discovery, build demos that actually work, and carry proofs-of-concept all the way into production for enterprise clients, work that has contributed $1.5M ARR and a $2M pipeline.
When a large client pushed back on price, I reframed the conversation into an ROI they signed off on, then grew that account 50% in three months. I close by proving value, not by pressure.
One person who speaks to the buyer and the builder
My real edge is standing in the gap between engineering and the customer. I prove the product to the people who buy it and shape it for the people who use it, the same instinct pointed in two directions.
For a team that means fewer translation layers between what gets built and what the market actually wants: discovery first, a demo that holds up, and evidence over assertion. That is how ambitious technology becomes deals that close and products that stick.
Close to the build, across the stack
I am not a product person who stays at the surface. I work hand in hand with the engineering teams who build the product, across backend, web, and native mobile, so I understand what I am selling and what I am asking them to deliver. That keeps the pitch, the roadmap, and what actually ships in sync.
I have shipped products with teams working across Node.js, Python, React and HTML on the web, and Flutter with native iOS and Android on mobile.
